This is a split 7" featuring two different projects of Roger Semsroth who is widely known for his big variety of musical output under several monikers. The two tracks on this 7" have once been put up on Youtube for a short while and since then they have been wandering around and people have asked for them to be released on vinyl. Civil Defence Programme

Civil Defence Programme is a side project of Roger Semsroth (Skanfrom, Television Set, sleeparchive, B.I.) that expresses the more noisy/industrial side of Roger's output. The first single came out on his own Label 'The All-Clear' in 2009 and since then he has released a limited tape, some downloads and a split 12" with his techno project sleeparchive. Now in 2015 a split 7" with Television Set came out on genetic music.

Television Set

Television Set is Roger Semsroth from Berlin, also known for his project Skanfrom and from being the musician in Bakterielle Infektion. In the beginning (probably starting in about 2002) TV Set was mainly minimal electronics using a KR-55 drum machine and an SH101 synth, but later on after working together with M. Steward of guitar band "Others In Conversation" the project evolved, guitars were added and you can find cold/new wave influences.
