Civil Defence Programme

Civil Defence Programme is a side project of Roger Semsroth (Skanfrom, Television Set, sleeparchive, B.I.) that expresses the more noisy/industrial side of Roger’s output. The first single came out on his own Label ‚The All-Clear‘ in 2009 and since then he has released a limited tape, some downloads and a split 12″ with his techno project sleeparchive. Now in 2015 a split 7″ with Television Set came out on genetic music.
